6pm Pre Dinner Drinks in Elevation Room (at own cost)

6.45pm Doors open to Ballroom

Alternate drop

 Main:

  • Eye fillet of beef, pommes anna, creamed cavolo nero, red wine jus
  • Barramundi, charred broccolini, anchovy butter, potato gratin, macadamia crumble
  • Bread roll

Dessert:

  • Baked berry cheesecake, berry sorbet
  • Trio of petite desserts, chocolate ganache & mango sorbet
