QCWA Darling Downs Division Devonshire Tea

2025 Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers

QCWA Darling Downs Division will be serving Devonshire Teas in the QCWA Centre, 263 Margaret Street Toowoomba during the Carnival of Flowers. 

The Centre will be open on 19th, 20th and 21st September from 9.00am till 3.00pm. 

Come in and have a look at the wonderful display of QCWA member's arts and crafts and a cuppa.

Entry is Free.  There will be plant, craft and cake stalls.
