PORK, APPLE AND SAGE BURGERS WITH MACADAMIA MUSTARD
What’s great about it:
These burgers are a great addition to any lunch, dinner or picnic. Pork is lean and has great flavour plus the addition of apple adds a touch of sweetness which pairs well with the macadamia mustard. Enjoy at any meal with a salad, or steamed veggies. The addition of macadamias to the mustard provides a nutty texture but feel free to experiment with almonds and toasted cashews for something different.
