QCWA BURSARY

Area covered by Border Division

Condamine Valley-Warwick Branch – Border Division

The Condamine-Valley Warwick Branch QCWA is offering two bursaries annually of $500 each to students whose home addresses are in the area covered by Border Division. Inglewood - Clifton - Killarney - Wallangarra - Texas area

Applications are invited from full time students beginning their first year of a tertiary course after proceeding from year 12, and who would be experiencing financial difficulties.

The bursary is to be administered by the QCWA State Executive. Either male or female students are welcome to apply.

Applicants to submit:

  • Written proof of achievement

  • Written proof of financial difficulty

  • Three (3) character references

  • Details of continuing course

  • Short (500 words) resume of applicant's achievements and future aspirations.

The Q.C.W.A. however reserves the right to limit the period over which a bursary is granted to any one student.
