Recipe – English Breakfast Mint and Lavender Iced Tea

English Breakfast Mint and Lavender Iced Tea

What’s great about it:

Traditionally iced tea is quite sugar dense contributing to poor dental health and weight gain. This recipe still calls for sweetener but a lot less than traditional versions. The lavender and mint add a nice floral and refreshing flavour.
