If you are looking for a quick, convenient and tasty breakfast give this breakfast shake a a go. High in protein and fibre from the psyllium husk and rice bran.
Serves 1 | Prep time 5 minutes | Cook time 0 minutes
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon psyllium husks
1 tablespoon rice bran
1 banana, frozen
1 teaspoon vanilla
BLEND all ingredients for 2 minutes, serve immediately.
