BELLA’S BIRCHER MUESLI
What’s great about it:
Packed with oats and a small amount of apple, this Bircher muesli makes for a great base. Add any fruits or vegetable including grated carrot for an additional veggie boost!
Serves 2 | Prep time overnight | Cook time 10 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Jalna yoghurt, natural, low fat
1/2 cup water
1 small green apple grated/processed
Cinnamon to taste
Small handful nuts (almonds and walnuts) finely chopped
MIX everything together and refrigerate overnight.
TO SERVE, scoop half of the mixture into a bowl, add a tablespoon of yoghurt, some strawberries and sprinkle with more cinnamon.
