PEPITA & SULTANA OAT MUESLI
What’s great about it:
Making your own muesli is great fun. Feel free to you this recipe as a guide and make any combo you like. Best of all when you make your own muesli you’re in control of the added sugar and salt (often found too high in the manufactured versions).

500g rolled oats
1 1/2 cups oat bran
1 cup sultanas
1/3 cup pepita seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup fresh fruit per portion
COMBINE all ingredients and mix well.
STORE In a sealed container.
SERVE with fresh fruit and low-fat milk or yoghurt.
