What’s great about it:
Dates are a great addition to this milkshake as they are not only sweet but are a great source of fibre. Fiber is excellent for overall health. For a different flavour combination try replacing the banana with frozen berries or for extra veggies, add spinach.
Serves 4 | Prep time 5 minutes | Cook time 0 minutes
1 litre milk, low fat
1 banana, lady finger
½ tablespoon cocoa
½ teaspoon cinnamon
BLITZ all ingredients until smooth in a food processor.
