The Kingaroy Branch was formed on the 22 August 1922 with Mrs Youngman of Taabinga Homestead as President. In 1926 Mr Youngman donated land and Charlie Gills built the first rooms at 122 Kingaroy St Kingaroy. On 24 November 1956 a hall was built and opened at the rear of the rooms to allow for catering of weddings and functions.
The branch holds craft days every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 9-12am and Girls craft days every 3rd Saturday of the month 1 -3.30pm. Craft weekends are hosted at the rooms twice a year with 5 or 6 crafts being taught over the 2 days. The rooms and hall is regularly hired for functions. Each year the branch is involved with catering at the Kingaroy Show Luncheon Hall and the Mayoral Christmas Dinner. The branch holds meetings on the 2nd Friday of each month starting at 9.30am for coffee and meeting at 10am.
